Our commitment is to provide business and food service consulting services that enhance each client’s opportunity for success. We are interested in building lasting relationships with our clients. As a result, we provide a high level of service and pay close attention to your needs. Our three principals: Harry Schildkraut, Lori Schroeder, and Kristin Sedej have a combined total of over 85 years in the food service and hospitality industry.

Our food service design consultants offer schematic design development, design documents including such deliverables as utility load schedules, equipment specifications, and CAD-produced plans, and assistance through equipment contractor selection and final construction. Our goal is to meet or surpass your expectations by providing an efficient design that minimizes real estate, capital, labor and energy costs while maximizing your revenues and satisfying your customers.

Our business consulting services provide the pre-planning and operational analysis necessary for decision-makers to direct the future course of food service and hospitality at their facility. Services include market evaluations, master planning, business planning, operator evaluation and RFP’s for new operators; and general or focused operations analyses.
