HARRY SCHILDKRAUT
PRINCIPAL/OWNER
Mr. Schildkraut began his career in 1969 with Cini-Grissom Associates, subsequently re-named Cini-Little International. In 1979 he was named head of the Chicago office and became a principal in the firm in 1980. Harry left to form Schildkraut, Schroeder, Sedej & Associates, Inc. in 2003.
Harry has been responsible for the planning and design of over 1,500 facilities in his career and has experience in all segments of the hospitality industry. He is best known for his expertise in sports and convention facilities, hotels and resorts, correctional facilities, and corporate dining operations. Mr. Schildkraut represents the Food Service Consultants Society International on the NFPA Committee 96, Venting Systems For Cooking Appliances, is a Professional member of FCSI, and a member of The Cornell Hotel Society.

LORI SCHROEDER
PRINCIPAL/OWNER
Ms. Schroeder has 24 years of operations experience. Lori's extensive background includes managing 28 million in annual revenue for a multiunit management firm as well as managing correctional facilities, hospitals and long-term care facilities, large production organizations, and universities for a major contract service provider.
While working for a large food production management company, Lori established financial goals and strategies, centralized their production facilities, retrained existing staff for new meal production and delivery methods, and developed financial operations analysis tools. Lori left the firm to form Schildkraut, Schroeder, Sedej & Associates, Inc. in 2003.

KRISTIN SEDEJ SCHMIDT
PRINCIPAL/OWNER
Ms. Schmidt has worked in the food services industry for more than 20 years. Her previous experience includes food service management and food service design.
While receiving her degree in hospitality management, she worked on several food service design projects. Upon graduation, Kristin began working with Cini-Little International. After only a short time, several top associates recognized her talent. She left to form Schildkraut, Schroeder, Sedej & Associates, Inc. in 2003.
